Our story.

Sawtry Marquees is a family run business, based in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire. 

Established in 2005 we wanted to help you find a simple marquee hire solution for your Garden Party events.

Over the years we identified and listened to your needs and have added 3m to 9m wide Party Tent/Marquees, with all the sizes in-between, to our range.

Allowing us to specialising in Weddings, Civil Partnerships, Special Family Occasions, Village events and Corporate Hire.

Sawtry Marquees strive to accommodate all elements of the British weather. We offer bespoke Furniture, Flooring, Lighting, Heating, Linings and dance floors hires.

We are situated in the village of Sawtry near Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, covering the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Rutland areas.

Our Marquees range and sizes

Smaller range

We start with our easy to install Self erect frames starting from £85.00 for a weekend hire for a 3m x 3m frame and £115 for a 3m x 4.5m.

Next we have our 3m range of Party Tents and our 4m range of Party Tents which can be joined to create a larger space.

Larger range

When you need more space or have a larger event planned we have our 6m wide Clear Span marquees or our 9m wide Clear Span Marquees that will be perfect for your needs.

Something a bit different

We have our Curved Roof 6m and 9m Clear span frames.

With these fantastic local events we supported Horror at Hinchingbrooke House, Sawtry Colts Football Presentations, Sawtry Carnival, Land rover Show and the Truckfest Shows at the Peterborough Showground, Ferry Meadows, Picnic in the Park in St Ives on Behalf of fEst and Yaxley Festival top name but a few.
